Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen. We strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To ensure fairness for all, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window = Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

2. Late Cancellations = Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee unless the appointment is rescheduled for a future date.

3. Rescheduled Appointments = If a rescheduled appointment is subsequently canceled, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.

4. No-Shows = Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
